Livelihood and Economic Empowerment

To combat poverty, CAST equips individuals with skills and resources to achieve economic independence through:

  • Offering skills training and vocational education programs tailored to the needs of the job market.
  • Supporting microfinance and entrepreneurship development, enabling beneficiaries to start and sustain small businesses.
  • Establishing Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs) that promote collective saving and financial resilience.

Promoting sustainable agriculture and food security through training in modern farming techniques, provision of agricultural inputs, and market access support.
